The house is located in a large park in the middle of the woods at an altitude of about 600 meters. Just 2 km from the highway exit (Mi-Laghi, Carpugnino), the house is surrounded by the Des Iles Borromées golf course. The house has a upper floor with a double bedroom and balcony, a bathroom with large shower while on the ground floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed, two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. A third communicating room has two single beds. The living consists of a kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen, very well equipped with a wood hoven and gas oven, is the heart of the house and overlooks the garden with a stone barbecue. The house of about 250 square meters has also a relaxation area with turkish bath, shower and jacuzzi tub. The large garden (about 3500 sq m) has a private 116 x 4 mt swimming pool. The surrounding area offers outdoor activities for all tastes: golf, mountain biking, excursions and walks, skiing, climbing and sailing. Tourist activities are also pleasant thanks to the proximity of towns such as Stresa, Verbania, Arona. Just 40 minutes from Malpensa airport, the house is one hour from Milan and Turin.
