Belle maison de vacances avec vue magnifique

The house is in a rural setting, in the middle of the maquis. Nature regularly takes back its rights there with advantages and disadvantages: colonies of bees, mosquitoes, wasps, wild boars, foxes, turtles are not far away. It is better not to be afraid of it to enjoy the tranquility of the place.

This holiday home enjoys an exceptional panoramic view, with the sea on one side, the valley and the mountains on the other.

The location is very quiet, surrounded by vegetation and rocks. During the day, we take advantage of a sea breeze that comes up from the Gulf of Valinco.

On the ground floor on the right, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom; on the left, there is the kitchen with an adjoining pantry. Under the stairs is an additional WC.

Upstairs are the other two bedrooms and a bathroom.

A tiled terrace surrounds the south and west facades, from the kitchen to the living room. The part towards the sea is covered and remains shaded at midday.
