Ground floor apartment with private garden (200 m²) all on one level, located in a small building of 4 apartments (villa ''vent standing''), in a dead end, on the private peninsula of the "château" (badge or digicode for access).

Quiet area while being 250 m from the center of the village and the port and 150 m from the sandy beach of Renécros.
The configuration of this apartment can accommodate 7 people + a cot, keeping everyone's privacy, Summer and Winter.

I. INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:
Very bright LIVING ROOM opening onto the garden, with well-equipped AMERICAN KITCHEN: washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, 2 electric coffee makers, one with filter and another with Tassimo capsules, microwave, grill -bread, electric kettle, pressure cooker … and very complete kitchen equipment

3 BEDROOMS with recent bedding:
- bedroom 1: a 160 bed
- bedroom 2: 3 single beds 90, with 2nd TV and air conditioning
- bedrooms 3: a 140 bed with sink area

BATHROOM with bath, bidet and shower (hairdryer); Separate toilets

Plenty of storage in all bedrooms and hallway.

Sheets and towels provided, included in the price (except beach towels).
Available free of charge on request: travel cot, stroller, baby high chair.

II. EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION:
GARDEN flowered, well maintained, quiet (except cicadas singing!), conducive to relaxation; shaded terrace for meals. Garden furniture, deck chairs.

TWO PRIVATE SPACES FOR CARS, the use of the vehicle on site is not essential due to the proximity of the beach, shops, restaurants and seasonal entertainment on the port.

Many activities possible from Bandol (in addition to sea activities in season): visits, hikes, walks, bike rides, boat trips and within a radius of 1h30 by car between Marseille and Saint Tropez.

Our animal friends are not allowed, the use of barbecue is prohibited.

III. RENTAL CONDITIONS:
We rent minimum by the week (ie 7 nights).
If our offer interests you, we will send you an AGREEMENT summarizing all the rental conditions, to be signed by both parties.

"Heerlijk vakantie"
Een heel mooi gelijkvloers appartement met gezellig tuintje waar je zowel in de schaduw als in de zon kan zitten. De eigenaar, Meneer Audema, is een hartelijke man die ons een woordje uitleg gaf samen met enkele tips in verband met het bezoeken van de omgeving. We zijn een gezin van 6, het appartement was meer dan ruim genoeg en er ontbrak niks. Gerieflijke keuken, 3 mooie slaapkamers en een badkamer waar niks ontbreekt. Zowel de zee als de winkels en de haven zijn op wandelafstand. Zeker een aanrader en voor herhaling vatbaar. Bedankt meneer Audema!

"Emplacement idéal et tout confort"
Très bon séjour en famille de 4,
Nombreuses activités aux alentours,
Très bon confort du gîte : surface, calme, agencement, parking, jardin, rue calme...
Situation dans le village : port piéton (ballades...), commerces, plage à 2 minutes à pieds...
Hôtes aux petits soins, disponibles...

"Extrêmment satisfaits"
L'appartement spacieux, propre, lumineux et bien équippé. Proche de la plage, de l'esplanade et des commerces. Un patio extérieur très agréable, avec des parties ombragées et ensoleillées.
Le propriétaire à proximité, très disponible pour des renseignements touristiques et pratiques. Nous sommes très satisfaits.

"Angenehmer Urlaub"
Sehr gute Lage nur 5 min vom Strand entfernt, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer und einen kleinen Garten. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
Sehr empfehlenswert!
