On your arrival: I will welcome you on site, give you advice and documentation ..., refreshing drinks, ... you are no longer dreaming ... it's the start of the holidays ...

Other services: free provision of a cot, stroller & upgradeable booster seat.

*** deposit not required on the site but MANDATORY on arrival, in the amount of € 300, returned on the day of departure
*** arrivals are until 8:00 p.m., however and depending on my availability I can welcome you until 11:00 p.m., an additional € 30 will be required, after 11:00 p.m .: € 50

*** Important recommendations for departure:
To do :
- bed linen, towels, tea towels must be removed, folded and gathered in heaps
- emptied garbage cans
- the dishes must be clean and put away
- the dishwasher must be emptied
- the refrigerator must be emptied
- the clean and tidy kitchen area

If these positions are not filled, you will be charged a flat rate of € 50.

In case of individual departure you must turn off the lights, air conditioning or heating and close the shutters.
