The interior is arranged to accommodate 1 to 2 people and includes: a fitted kitchen, a bedroom with 140 bed, a hallway with storage and a bathroom.
It is on the 2nd floor and we ask that the reservation be honored only to people known at the time of booking.
Parties, invitations, subletting and animals are not allowed in the accommodation and we recommend respecting the tranquility of the inhabitants of the building.
A parking lot is available in the courtyard and the places respect the 1st come, it is possible that at times there is no more space.
In the close surroundings you will find 1 cinema, restaurants, a taxi, bus and train station, as well as a car rental agency.
The city center is a 10 minute walk away.
Apartment of 45 m² or only 38 m² is available for the tenant because 1 room is reserved for the owner.
