The apartment has been completely renovated, in a contemporary Swedish style.
We are opening it for the first year for seasonal rental.

It is equipped with reversible air conditioning (heating in winter and air conditioning in summer).

The apartment, with an area of 51 m², is composed as follows:

• on the ground floor :
- a very large kitchen area - dining room (fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer)
- a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, an office area, and a wardrobe
- a bathroom with WC and washing machine

• in the flexiblex there is a very large room serving as a living room (with television) and accommodating 2 90cm beds
Note that there is no window in the flexiblex.

It is ideally located at:
- 5 minutes walk from the train station, the Casino, the convention center
- 1 minute walk from a pedestrian street where you can find all the shops you want
- 5 minutes drive from the lake

It is also located a 5-minute walk from the bus stop taking you to the Chevalley or Marlioz thermal baths (remember to ask for an Aix'pass card at the town hall to benefit from reductions).

Note that the staircase to access the flexiblex part is steep and that it may not be suitable for elderly people, but that the ground floor will be sufficient for spa guests despite everything since everything is available on level zero.
