Hiking trails5 km from CASSIS, 25 m² studio, terrace and garage for the summer.
Very friendly for 2 people on the ground floor of a house in a quiet area. The accommodation above is not occupied during the entire summer period, from July 1 to September 19.
Located at the end of a dead end, there is little traffic. You can enjoy the large terrace (40 m²) partially shaded by a pergola in complete peace and quiet. Electric barbecue.
A main room lit by a large bay window, with a 140 cm bed, wardrobe, table, chairs, television.
A well-equipped kitchenette, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, electric hob, washing machine.
A bathroom with WC.
No air conditioning, there is a fan.
A garage available from July 1 to September 19, for a car less than 1.80 m high. The garage door is remotely controlled, which allows the car to be parked in the shade (essential in summer in Provence). For other periods there is a parking space in front of the house.
July and August, rental from Sunday to Sunday to avoid the endless traffic jams on Saturday.
April, May, June, September, rental is from Saturday to Saturday.

"Très Bien"
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Situation un peu à l'écart qui permet de visiter les calanques de Cassis ,de Marseille et l'arrière pays, sans les inconvénients liés aux sites de fort tourisme.

Studio très agréable très bien agencé et décoré. Salle d'eau très moderne et pratique.
Terrasse immense avec son salon de jardin sous son auvent et magnifique barbecue.
Nous vous recommandons vivement ce logement à proximité de Cassis. Pas besoin de la voiture car navettes régulières pour Cassis et Marseille.
