Devon Seaside Apartment is a ground-floor apartment resting within a gated community, just a stone’s throw away from Paignton seafront along the Devonshire coast.
Equipped to a good standard, Devon Seaside Apartment is a delightful escape for couples or families looking to enjoy the delights of Paignton and the fabulous coastline.
After finding the allocated parking space, make your way through a shared hallway past other apartments to your new home away from home, stepping into a light and airy open-plan living space for an evening of unwinding.
Allow the chef of the group to get acquainted in the kitchen, utilising an electric oven, ceramic hob and fridge, while the others can lay the dining table and pop open a bottle of fizz.
Switch on the Smart TV and kick back as you escape reality, pondering on where to explore tomorrow.
As your eyes grow heavy, move into the family bedroom, housing a double bed and a handy bunk for family groups, complete with ample storage and a TV with DVD player.

Devon Seaside Apartment is a ground-floor apartment in Paignton, Devon. The accommodation includes an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, and toaster. There is a family bedroom with a double bed and a 3ft bunk, with TV and DVD player, served by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Electric central heating is provided, with fuel and power included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. A travel cot is available. Outside, guests have access to a shared garden and shared outdoor heated swimming pool. Allocated off-road parking is available for one car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Note: The swimming pool is open daily from 8am to 8pm between 17th May and 30th September (subject to Covid & HSE guidelines). Note: This property only accepts a minimum of 3 night bookings. Note: This property was formerly known as 19 New Esplanade Court. Note: This property only accepts a minimum of 7 night bookings during July and August.
