The living room offers a dining and sitting area with TV and a comfortable double sofa bed.
The kitchen is equipped with cooking facilities, a combi-microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso, filter coffee maker and a kettle.
There is one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds.
The bathroom has a shower, bath, washbasin and toilet.
There is a second bathroom with toilet and shower.
Through the sliding door in the living room, you can reach the small terrace.
Particularities • The minimum age of the main booker for this holiday home is 21 years. • This holiday home is only suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old. • If you are booking with a youth group up to 30 years old, there is a double deposit. • Energy costs will be calculated after departure based on actual consumption. • The indoor pool is a municipal pool, and an entrance fee applies.
Wearing a swimming cap is mandatory.

Prima huisje op een fijne plek. 2 pannen waren vies; deze konden we gelukkig omwisselen, zij het wel voor andere gebruikte pannen (die eigenlijk ook al ‘op’ waren. Denk eraan zelf olie/peper/zout/koffie eigen theedoeken etc mee te nemen.
Zwembad heel dicht in de buurt was hartstikke fijn en er waren erg veel toeristische activiteiten te beleven!

Huisje was op zich wel okay. Bank was lekker groot maar wel met vlekken erin. Badkamer verouderd. Bedden waren boxspring, heerlijk zacht. Gelukkig hadden wij zelf kussens meegenomen want degene die er lagen waren erg klein. Zwembad was niet heel groot maar prima, prettig dat er ligbedden waren. Durbuy is heel gezellig, leuke straatjes en winkels.

Op de badkamer is een wasbak afloop slecht. De wc Op de badkamer spoeld de wc moeilijk door.
