If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed. The home is centrally located in Port Charlotte, making it easy to reach nearby beaches, restaurants, shops, and attractions by car. Street parking is available for guests, and the area is walkable for short trips to local parks and conveniences.
