Istrian Stone House is located in the heart of the old Istrian village of Nova vas nad Dragonjo (also known with the Italian name of Villanova di Pirano). The house is built in traditional local stone and makes you experience the real authentic Istrian home.
The interior is decorated carefully, the inner walls show exposed stone with pride.
Outside there is a lot of green space, a big terrace and BBQ facilities. The outdoor area is comprised by private parking place, terrace with outside furniture, BBQ place and garden. The property features two bedrooms, a kitchen, living space, one bathroom and one additional toilet.
It is equipped with air condition, TV, dish washer, washing machine and kitchen appliances. The surroundings are typical of an Istrian small village, with house attached one to another and narrow streets.
The restaurant is about 200m away, the closest shop is about 2km away while the sea is approximately 13km away toward Piran. The semi-detached unit in the center of Nova Vas (Villanova di Pirano) is a real traditional Istrian stone house made as per local tradition.
