Situated on the Schoritzer Wiek, nature parks, bathing beaches and natural beaches invite you to relax and unwind.
The well-developed network of cycle paths invites you to explore the surrounding area. The single-storey house has a living space of 60 m² and is divided into a cosy living area, a well-equipped open-plan kitchen-diner, a shower room and a bedroom.
In the bedroom you sleep in a double bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm, which is surrounded by two bedside tables with reading lamps on both sides.
In the living room, you can relax on two upholstered sofas after a long day out. A fire in the stove creates a cosy atmosphere and the flat-screen TV provides entertainment.
There is also a pull-out sofa bed for a third and fourth guest in the living room.
Adjacent you will find the open-plan kitchen, which allows you to cater for yourself: from a cooker with four hotplates and oven to a fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and the usual small electrical appliances such as coffee machine, kettle and toaster, everything you need is available. Outside there is a sunny terrace with a charcoal barbecue, fireplace, beach chair and deckchairs.
There is also a parking space for bicycles.
The enclosed property is suitable for both children and dogs and offers plenty of space and play opportunities.
A private car park is also available for you. Bookings outside the summer season are possible on request. In winter, the living room is heated by a fireplace (wood and coal). In addition to horse riding and a sports park, the surrounding area offers opportunities for anglers, joggers, hikers and kite surfers within a radius of 3 to 5 kilometres.
