The house is in an absolutely quiet location in Floda, a little hamlet with just 13 inhabitants, about 70km from Umeå.
The bedroom has a covered veranda with a coffee table and 3 chairs.
The garden around the house and the veranda is available for sole use. The house is 65 square meters and can accommodate two adult and 1-2 children (depending on their age). The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a stove including an oven, extractor hood, sink and fridge and freezer combination.
In the "fireplace room" is the stove, which creates a cozy atmosphere.
Otherwise, the house is heated with electric radiators.

In winter there is an illuminated cross-country skiing track in Botsmark (14 km), an alpine ski facility with lift and several runs in Bygdsiljum (25 km) and the possibility to book a dog sledding tour in Ekorrsele (75 km).
