With spectacular panoramic views of the championship Golf Course's eighteenth hole and the beautiful pool, J009 is a comfortable three-bedroom Junior Villa which is finished to the highest standards and is just a short stroll away from the Village Square and Golf Club. With all the elements combined, this property is an ideal selection for an unforgettable stay at Aphrodite Hills.
The entire property is decorated in neutral tones with colourful highlights of modern fixtures and fittings throughout. The living room is styled with minimalistic furniture including a sofa, armchairs and a flat screen LCD TV. The room is bright and warm and enjoys breathtaking views from the patio doors which open up to the pool area.
The dining area has an elegantly designed table with six chairs; there are French doors which open up to the veranda, setting the scene for a unique dining experience. The modern kitchen with granite work surfaces and complete with modern stainless steel appliances including microwave and washing machine.
A staircase leads up to the master bedroom; the room is complete with parquet flooring, fitted wardrobes, a large double bed and bedside cabinets and French doors leading to the upstairs balcony. The master bedroom is adjacent to the common bathroom that features a bathtub with an overhead shower.
Also on the first floor is the second bedroom which has twin beds with bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes and French doors leading to the balcony.
The third bedroom is located on the ground floor with a luxurious double bed and an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Outside, the property is complete with outdoor dining furniture and sun loungers with the pool as the centre attraction. The pool creates a sense of tranquillity and complete relaxation as you look across the sloping golf greens and the golf club.
The pool can be heated at an extra charge – if required please specify when booking.
