The rental price varies between €350 and €750 per week depending on the season.

The rental price includes WiFi, air conditioning as well as bed and bathroom linen.

Comfortable air-conditioned pavilion, located in Sorède at the foot of the Albères massif and close to the beaches of Argelès, Collioure, 18 km from Perpignan and 20 km from Spain, house at the start of hiking trails.


• Ground floor
- living room with fitted kitchen: induction hob, oven and microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, Senseo, toaster, electric kettle... table, 4 chairs, 12 place settings...

- lounge area with very comfortable sofa bed, 2 poufs, television, coffee table

- bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and wall-hung toilet


• Upstairs
- bedroom with 2 single beds, bedside tables, large sliding door closet, chest of drawers and large mirror. Bedding protected by mattress protector and pillow protector, changed each time the tenants leave

- laundry room: sink, washing machine, iron, clothes horse, vacuum cleaner and 2nd fridge


Baby bed, changing mat, small bathtub, are loaned free of charge in exchange for good care, to be reserved in advance.


Nice outdoor lounge, 6 chairs, barbecue and deckchairs.


Supervised swimming pool, open from June 15 to September 15

Tennis open all year round
