Set back from the road which is very lightly used, it is located in the center of the village of Sorède, at the foot of the Albères.
The equipped kitchen is new.
Part of the garden is mainly made up of earth.
There is no grass. You can enjoy the sea just 15 minutes away but also numerous hiking trails nearby (the Happy Valley, the Massane gorges, Puig Neulós, etc.).
Also worth visiting are the turtle valley, the solar oven and the whip factory.
If you like cycling, a pleasant cycle path through nature takes you to Argelès-sur-Mer. A VTC and a mountain bike are at your disposal. Possibility to rent a mountain bike and/or an electric mountain bike. This 81 m² air-conditioned villa has a separate kitchen with pantry, a living room - dining room, 3 bedrooms (1 160 cm bed, 1 140 cm bed, 2 90 cm beds), a bathroom with walk-in shower, Separate WC as well as a high chair and a travel cot.

A proximité des grandes villes pour se balader et à 20 minutes de la mer pour se baigner.
