Le Manoir des Granges offers a comfortable accommodation for a fantastic holiday in the heart of the Dordogne.
The Tobacco Barn is one of our 4 gites, a beautiful collection of traditional farm buildings, with a pool.
The lounge has two large sofas, dining table and chairs and TV (both French and English channels).
There is direct access to the shared pool area through the patio doors where you will find sunbeds and your outside eating area with a BBQ.
The outside eating area is in the gazebo (under cover) with table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare food.
Electric fan oven, 4 ring gas hob, fridge, microwave etc.
There is a large chest freezer shared by all the gites in the laundry room next door to the gite. There are two bedrooms with double beds, the third bedroom has a double and single bed.
Each bedroom has its own shower, toilet and washbasin. The gites form a set of four buildings, three of which can accommodate two people comfortably while the fourth will accommodate five guests. Each has central heating and a wood stove, as well as its own space outside for dinner at dusk or enjoy barbecues. Le Manoir des Granges is located in the village of Le Moustier, near the famous medieval town of Sarlat. Almost bordering the river Vézère, he faces this major French heritage site that is the Roque St-Christophe.
Its caves were occupied by cave dwellers there almost 55,000 years.

Due to the problems associated with the Covid-19 pandemic, deposits will be refunded or transferable to later dates in the event of governmental lockdown in your own country or in France.
Most travel insurances now make provision for the pandemic, so we encourage you to take out travel insurance. The remaining amount is payable ten weeks before you take possession of the property.
