Beautiful and child-friendly villa close to the beautiful old medieval town of Vence
Villa for 6 persons located only a few minutes walk from the city center of Vence.
Days can be spent by the pool, playing boules or visiting the local markets, art galleries, cafes and restaurants in the medieval town. Vence is a Medieval walled town dating back to the 13th century.
It is the first authentic French town you come across along the coast where locals live all year round.
Market day is daily and little shopkeepers dot the streets throughout.
There is an abundance of good cafes and restaurants in Vence catering to all prices and occasions, across the road from the villa there is a Michelin Starred Restaurant called Les Bacchanales, The beach in Cagnes-sur-Mer can be reached within 20 min. drive and the nearby mountains offers plenty of opportunities for hiking and cycling.
The tourist office in Vence can guide you to find the best hiking routes and be helpful with cycling maps (this area is a cyclist's paradise with many varied routes and stunning vistas), The Villa is set in its own gardens with a large pool to the side, discreetly fenced off, is ideal for families with young children.
There is an extendable dining table in the garden that seats 10 people with a large parasol.
There are 6 sun loungers around the swimming pool.
All living spaces and bedrooms have wonderful views of the old town, which is as stunning during the day as it is at night.
The bell of the Cathedral is audible throughout the day and evening which adds to the authentic French experience of being so close to this medieval town. The villa is in 2 levels.
Ground floor: Large 50m2 living and dining area with open kitchen as well as 2 double bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 additional bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds.
There is an additional bathroom and separate toilet also. Please notice! This villa can accommodate 8 persons, but with a maximum of 6 adults.
Supplement of 125 eur / person for more than 6 people + Security deposit (to be returned after your stay) 400,00 EUR
