Welcome to Villa Krculi, a beautiful renovated stone house located in the village of the same name near Žminj, in central Istria.
This spacious holiday home perfectly combines traditional Istrian charm with modern comfort, providing you with an ideal place to relax and enjoy.
The house is situated on a large estate of 3000 m², with a carefully maintained lawn surrounding a large pool of 50 m².
For families with children, there is a playground with swings, a slide, and a trampoline that will surely delight the little ones.
For those who prefer a more active holiday, there is table tennis, table football, and a badminton/volleyball court available.
The estate also features an outdoor kitchen, perfect for preparing meals in the open air, and several parking spaces.
In the immediate vicinity of the villa, there is a typical Istrian tavern with a beautiful garden, offering authentic Istrian dishes.
Villa Krculi can accommodate up to 14 guests and offers a total living area of 400 m², distributed over two air-conditioned floors.
The ground floor features a spacious living room with a kitchen and dining area, ideal for gatherings and shared meals.
There are two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
One of these rooms has a double bed, while the other has two single beds.

On the first floor, there are five double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
