The Apartment Klampfner by FiS – Fun in Styria enjoys a picturesque location in the idyllic Altaussee, in the heart of Styria.
The accommodation combines modern rustic comfort with an exceptional natural setting, offering a variety of activities and relaxation year-round.
Renovated in 2023, the 80 m² apartment offers ample space for up to four guests and is ideal for families, couples, or those seeking relaxation who value high-quality furnishings and proximity to nature and leisure activities. The apartment features two separate bedrooms with parquet floors, a wardrobe, and high-quality bedding.
The bathroom is equipped with an open-plan shower, bathtub, sink, toilet, and bathroom amenities such as soap and shampoo. The heart of the accommodation is the open-plan living and dining area with direct access to a modern kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a 4-burner stove (electric connection), oven, refrigerator with extra freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and ample kitchen utensils, dishes, and cutlery.
A dining table invites you to enjoy meals together, while the spacious living room with a comfortable sofa corner, armchairs, and a large satellite TV (44-55 inches, digital, international channels) ensures relaxing hours. Special features include the covered balcony with high-quality garden furniture, a lawn, sun loungers, and a parasol.
Here you can enjoy exceptional views of the surrounding mountains, the valley, and the diverse landscape.
The garden also features a small pond and seating areas for social or quiet outdoor moments. Technical amenities include free Wi-Fi, central heating (including underfloor heating), smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and a vacuum cleaner.
