This luxurious studio for two people enjoys a wonderful location.
Quietly situated on the edge of Vlissingen, yet centrally located.
For example, visit historic Middelburg with its charming terraces or the nautical Vlissingen with its expansive boulevard, where large ocean-going vessels pass by nearby.
From the studio, there are many opportunities for beautiful cycling and walking routes, for example, to the seaside resort of Zoutelande.
The cycle-pedestrian ferry easily connects you to the charming towns of Breskens or Cadzand.
The spacious studio is accessible via a private entrance.
Upon entering, you'll immediately notice the light and tranquility.
The floor is heated and cooled, making it pleasant in both summer and winter.
A comfortable sitting area has been created by the patio doors, providing ample natural light for relaxing with a book.
The dining area is spacious and includes two dining chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher.
There's also ample cupboard space in the kitchen for convenient storage.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a workspace.
The comfortable double bed (180x200cm) is equipped with a smart TV with Netflix and international channels.
The en-suite bathroom features a rain shower, toilet, and double sink.
Double French doors open onto the east-facing terrace, furnished with a bar set and two comfortable armchairs.
Parking is available for one car in the driveway in front of the studio.

Der Urlaub war sehr schön. Der Strand ist weit weg. In der Wohnung könnte mehr. Besteck und Geschirr sein.
