This dreamy apartment is located in the Filzstein Resort on the Filzsteinalpe.
This unique place offers you the opportunity to fully enjoy your well-deserved vacation. The view from the window delights and soothes at the same time, putting you in a cheerful holiday mood. The apartment impresses not only with its beautiful central location but also with its selected stylish interior design. The regionally typical wooden interior is skillfully combined here with stylish furniture, color-coordinated fabrics, and a suitable selection of accessories to create a beautiful and cozy living concept. Those who like to take it a bit slower in the mornings will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen and the lovely balcony. After a hearty breakfast, you can start the day on skis in a relaxed manner, and for short breaks in between, there are plenty of suitable huts and mountain restaurants in the middle of the ski area. The evenings can be really cozy.
This holiday apartment has a very cozy character thanks to its harmonious furnishings. Relax after an exhausting hiking day or a cold day of skiing in the shared wellness area! Peace is also part of a relaxed vacation. The proximity to the lift is incredibly convenient, allowing you to dive directly into the winter sports fun of the Zillertal Arena.
You can rent suitable equipment for your activities at the sports shop. If you have never been on skis or haven't done so in a long time, we recommend the Hochkrimml ski school. In summer, Hochkrimml is an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain, and mountain bike tours.
If you appreciate the quiet surroundings, Hochkrimml is absolutely the right place during the summer season.
The Durlaßboden reservoir, the Kristallbad in Wald/Königsleiten, or the Krimml waterfalls with the WaterWonderWorlds in Krimml offer a nice change of pace. Note: Please note that our company does not provide bathrobes.

Die Wohnung ist einfach herrlich, gemütlich. Die Matratzen sind sehr gut und die Sicht einfach prächtig. Die Sauna ist auch sehr gut nach einer Wanderung.
Es wäre gut Grundnahrungsmittel und Geschirrtücher zu haben.
Toll ausgestattete Wohnung mit herrlichem Bergblick

Ausstattung war super und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Dass auch noch eine Sauna im Hais nutzbar ist war trotz Sommer-Besuch nach langen Wanderungen oder kühlem Canyoning ein super Abschluss.
Supermarkt und Brötchen-Service war zu unserer Reisezeit im Juni nicht offen/verfügbar, somit etwas Planerei/Fahrerei. Hat dem Aufenthalt aber keinen wirklichen Abbruch getan.
