For a wonderful holiday in Zeeland where you can completely relax, you can rent this unique, very luxurious 10-person holiday home in Colijnsplaat.
You have all the comfort and luxury under one roof! The entire holiday home has underfloor heating and each bedroom has a television.
There is also a wellness area with a traditional sauna, shower and toilet, and one of the other bathrooms also has a whirlpool. The holiday park is situated near the cosy fishing village Colijnsplaat where you will find various restaurants and shops.
Colijnsplaat is located on the northern side of Noord-Beveland near the Zeeland Bridge and the Oosterschelde National Park, where you can go walking or cycling through the beautiful countryside or take a nature trip on the water.
Furthermore, there are all kinds of water sports possibilities such as surfing, sailing, diving and kite surfing, but on the beach you can also fly kites or ride horses and, of course, sunbathe when the weather is nice. All luxury and comfort under one roof to enjoy your well-deserved holiday, and that starts on arrival, the beds are made for you, so don't wait any longer and come to Colijnsplaat where you can rent this wonderful 10-person wellness holiday home. On the ground floor you enter through the entrance and you will find the attractive living room, furnished with a large corner sofa and separate armchairs and, among other things, a HD flat screen television.
A spacious bedroom with two single beds, private luxury bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, toilet and sun shower.
Furthermore, the open kitchen is also located on the ground floor, it is equipped with a coil island, five-burner hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave and a Nespresso machine. On the upper floor you have access to four bedrooms, each with two single beds and two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a whirlpool.
The wellness area offers you a traditional sauna, shower and toilet.
The entire house has underfloor heating and each bedroom has a television.
There are stair gates and child-safe sockets and a washer/dryer combination is available.
The garden is located on the north and consists of a lawn and a beautiful terrace, equipped with luxurious garden furniture.
At the villa there is space for two cars Particularities • Sports clubs, student associations, youth groups (up to 25 years), primary school groups and friend groups (up to 30 year) are not allowed. • The minimum age of the main booker for this holiday home is 21 years. • You will receive a welcome pack on arrival! • A villa completely equipped for children is available on request. • Pets are on request.
There are houses where pets are allowed, but also houses where this is not allowed. • If you book a house where a pet is allowed and you have 2, this is always on request. • The interior/exterior of these holiday homes may differ. • The holiday homes are suitable for the disabled.

Huisje oog eigenlijk heel schoon hoor, maar als je echt goed gaat kijken zie je wel veel vuil liggen. Wel veel spinneraggen en als je de vloer gaat dweilen is deze ook echt wel een beetje vies. Voor de rest hebben wij ons prima vermaakt.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz. Sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Betten sind super bequem und die offene Küche lädt zu gemeinsamen Kochabenden ein. Das Haus bietet viel Komfort von einem Kamin zu Sonnenduschen bis zur Sauna.

Het zonne/regen scherm konden we niet laten zakken. Op de foto die ik toegestuurd kreeg was dat duidelijk aanwezig. Heb gereclameerd maar er was geen oplossing … ( het huis naast ons wat precies hetzelfde was en ook een huurhuis was niet verhuurd)
2 slaapkamers waren lek. Regenwater liep over de vensterbank tot op de vloer.
