This extremely luxurious, detached holiday house is situated in Colijnsplaat on the island Noord Beveland.
Colijnsplaat is, thanks to its central location and good accessibility THE perfect operation base to discover Zeeland.
From Sun to getting a fresh breath by the sea, from sand to lovely terraces.
Besides: Many cultural and sportive possibilities, both for your and the children.
Do you prefer peace and space? You can make wonderful walking- and cycling tours! Parc Ganuenta is an atmospheric, small holiday park on the edge of the village Colijnsplaat, near the Oosterschelde.
Just around the corner: A harbour for your boat .
It concerns spacious, luxurious, architect-designed houses (local style). On the top floor you will find the living room with spacious sofas and armchairs, a 40 inch television, gas fireplace, underfloor heating and access to the roof terrace.
Here you will also find two extra spacious bedrooms with two single box spring beds and both rooms also have a HD flat screen television. On the ground floor you will find the entrance hall, the large, luxurious kitchen diner with 12 seats, 40 inch television, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine.
You will also find four bedrooms with two single beds, all equipped with HD flat screen television. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
The bathrooms of the master bedrooms upstairs also have a whirlpool.
You have access to a luxurious garden set on the paved garden terrace, next to the lawn, in the large south-facing garden. The icing on the cake with these houses is of course the indoor swimming pool, which is also equipped with a separate effervescent sofa, Finnish sauna, shower and sun shower.
The house has underfloor heating throughout the house.
There are stair gates and child-safe sockets and a washer/dryer combination is available.
At the villa there is space for two cars Particularities • Sports clubs, student associations, youth groups (up to 25 years), primary school groups and friend groups (up to 30 year) are not allowed. • The minimum age of the main booker for this holiday home is 21 years. • One of these accommodations is a MIVA accommodation and is equipped with a lift, among other things.
This accommodation can be booked at preferential rates based on availability. • The energy costs for this accommodation are EUR 150 per week.
If you book the property for more than one week, the energy costs will be adjusted on your bill. • The interior/exterior of these holiday homes may differ. • The houses are suitable for disabled persons.

Hebben we in het schrift wat in het huis ligt aan gegeven. Hoop dat het voldoende is? Opa met kinderen en zijn kleinkinderen. ( deze staat er niet bij)

Heel mooi huis. Gashaard werkte niet, we hebben hulp moeten inschakelen. Geen mixer voorhanden, wel direct van receptie een gekregen.
