Beautiful stone mansion which lies on the hills overlooking Buti, between Lucca and Pisa, admits olive groves and wine yards, stunning views onto the surrounding villages.
Big swimming pool (13 m x 6 m, depth: 1.10 m – 2 m) in common use.
Fantastic property of about 7‘000 sqm with two characteristic stone mansions – one called “Casolare” with separate entrance and private outdoor area and the other house, subdivided in 2 apartments called “Rosmarino” and “Salvia”, both of them also with a separate access and private outdoor area.
The distance between the two houses is about 70m, both mansions dispose of private outdoor areas equipped for your dining al fresco.
There are olive trees, wine yards and aromatic herbs in one part of the garden.
The big swimming pool (set in earth and completely fenced – 13 m x 6 m, depth: 1.10 m – 2 m) is in common use for both properties and equipped with deckchairs, sun-umbrellas and chairs.
Tips for your journey: Once arrived you do not really need your car – restaurant (100m), grocery and shopping opportunities within about 1 Km may be reached easily on foot.
Day trips to the art towns of Tuscany (such as Florence, Lucca 25 km, Pisa, Siena) are recommendable or just visit the beaches of Marina di Pisa (35km) or Marina di Vecchiano.
The surroundings are suitable for strolls – the hamlet of Buti is a visit worth or make an excursion to the Monte Serra (about 5 km), many hiking paths start from the village of Vicopisano.

Wir haben für zwei Wochen das Haus mit zwei Familien bewohnt. Vier Erwachsene und vier Kinder sowie ein Baby. Durch den großzügigen Außenbereich bietet das Haus auch genügend Platz für 8 Personen.
