Appliances consist of an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer, and a Smart TV with surround sound. Outside there is a wrap-around balcony with furniture, and designated parking for one car in an underground car park. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.1 miles, King Point Marina in 0.4 miles, and the beach in 0.8 miles.
