In the southeast of Istria, the landscape is picturesque, characterised by agricultural activities.
In this visually attractive environment, nestled in a small housing settlement with few neighbours, is the modern holiday home "Kvarta". Thanks to a wall and the cypress plantations, the property is wonderfully private and provides privacy to allow you to enjoy a family holiday at any time of the year.
Directly in front of the green garden scenery is a 8m pool decorated with blue and white mosaic stones.
On the adjacent sun terrace there are comfortable wooden loungers waiting for you to relax on! The outdoor seating area, which is located directly adjacent to the house, is covered and on hot days is a great place, providing shade to enjoy family meals.
In the evening you only have to go around the corner - and you will find a brick barbecue, which is great for BBQ evenings.
A balcony upstairs offers another exquisite place directly under the Croatia sun. The completely equipped, chic white-style kitchen, is directly accessible from the adjacent terrace, and is ideal for self-catering.
The indoor dining area is conveniently located close to the kitchen so you don't have to go far when the salt and pepper are missing.

In addition to the four churches in Barban, you can also admire the remains of the city wall, the city tower with its thick wall, the city Loggia and the palace Loredan from the 16th century.
