For the discerning holidaymaker with the desire for rustic, modern ambience, we offer a great holiday home with the new build "Leonardo" renaissance villa.
The cream-coloured two-storey villa is characterised by charming rustic style modern country house.
The exterior of the villa is complemented by oak-lined columns, which also serve as the pillars for covered terraces.
Next to the main house is a completely covered large outdoor area with a fantastic dining area on a long wooden table (for up to 10 people) and trendy outdoor kitchen with a permanent, brick-built outdoor barbeque.
Under the wooden house with open sides you can sit protected from the chill of the evening or the summer day's heat. The interior of the house is an excellent blend of practical style with visible light oak and modern country house elements.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with a sofa bed in front of the LCD TV, and an elegant and imposing cast iron fireplace.
Dine in the open planned and chic fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher (separately standing silver fridge / freezer combination, coffee machine and much more).
The walls are painted in a bright earth tone, the floor tiles are flecked with light, and the visible wooden beams and wooden furniture complement each other excellently.
The whole design of the interior works in harmony.
The living and dining area including the kitchen are completely open, so that this area becomes a family room.
On this level there is a small office space and a library, a guest toilet and a storage room.
One bedroom with ensuite bathroom can also be found on this level.
The remaining 3 bedrooms, each with a chic ensuite bathroom, are located on the first floor.
The bedrooms have wooden floors with underfloor heating as well as central heating and air conditioning, so that the house can be lived in all year round.
