This modern and at the same time typical Istrian villa in authentic quarry stone construction is aimed especially at peace-seeking holidaymakers who want to experience the beauty of Croatia very directly in a natural location.
The visitor is greeted by an imposing two-story building in friendly decorative pale blue shutters and front, partly covered terrace.
The outside area around the house, which is situated slightly on the slope, is impressive with partly old, Mediterranean trees and appears pleasantly airy due to the somewhat stair-like layout.
On the terrace, from which one has an excellent view of the pool, there is an inviting polyrattan lounge; at the same time, there is also room for a nice dining table on this lush area at the house.
Wonderfully you can enjoy a barbecue here, for example, a grill is of course at your disposal.
If you go down a few steps from the terrace, you will reach the great pool area of 10 x 5 meters.
The special thing here, in addition to the adjacent sun terrace and the outdoor shower, is that the pool is flattened and very convenient to enter via a staircase built into the side.
The interior design of the 220 sqm living space offering house is not only exceedingly stylish, but in addition extremely harmonious with the tradition of the outer shell.
The partially visible natural stone walls, wooden ceilings and terracotta-colored floor tiles in the main living areas echo the traditional design and also bring a great deal of coziness to the premises.
In keeping with modern living philosophy of open (functional) spaces, the living, dining and kitchen areas flow smoothly into one another.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch set - super great for a casual evening of TV watching on the flat-screen TV or a casual hour of browsing by a crackling fireplace.
At the opposite end of the room is the super-chic kitchen in a bright country design - the blue of the exterior is also found here, unpretentiously but effectively adding a pop of color to this space.
It seems a bit like the house is built around the really great (and great equipped!) kitchen, with the long dining table enthroned in the center as a gathering place for meals.
Overall, the four bedrooms are in no way inferior to the open living area.
All rooms are bright and flooded with light and some have an exit to the terrace.
