Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. No smoking 2 nights (Nov–Mar), 4 nights (Apr–Oct), 5 nights (Jul&Aug, bank holidays & half terms) For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €115 per day (to be paid to OT prior to travel). Please request at the time of booking.
