Tithe Barn, Lyneham is a superb choice for a large gathering of friends or family looking to be located right in the heart of the Cotswolds and within a very comfortable and spacious barn conversion. We see it as the ideal choice for a family country holiday given its surroundings, tucked down a very quiet lane on the edge of small village. Set on a working farm within a small Cotswolds hamlet, the barn has nearby access to the rolling countryside of the Oxfordshire Cotswolds. Over the years guests have regularly returned to Tithe Barn (which is a very good sign) and we suspect it is because it has a wonderful open plan living space which is absolutely ideal for entertaining. The owners who are around the corner and happy to give advice and ideas on what to do locally have worked hard to make this an attractive destination and together the property and the classic countryside surroundings make it perfect as a get-a-way choice. Internally the barn has been well renovated and provides superb facilities and touches including the enormous windows in the centre of the building. Externally this English Country barn has an enclosed garden and access to brilliant walks in every direction. An absolute favourite with our customers, and you can see why.

Tithe Barn is a barn conversion situated in Lyneham, Oxfordshire. It is set on a working farm within a small Cotswold hamlet and has nearby access to the surrounding countryside. Internally, the barn has been well renovated and provides exceptional facilities and touches including the enormous windows in the centre of the building. Inside there is an open-plan living room with a wood burning stove, a dining area and a fitted kitchen. Upstairs has one king-size bedroom, one bedroom with a king size and a single bed, and a WC and washbasin, two king size bedrooms, both with an en suite shower room and WC. There is also a separate family bathroom with bath with shower over. Externally, this country barn has an enclosed garden with access to pathways in every direction. Off road parking for five cars. Tithe Barn is is the location for friends and families to relax and unwind. MONDAY or FRIDAY arrivals only please.PLEASE NOTE THE COTTAGE CAN SLEEP 2 EXTRA ON THE SOFA BED. The sofa bed can be used FREE of charge but you MUST bring your own bed linen and towels for the sofa bed. Please note the property has 3 bathrooms, 1 x WC with washbasin and 1 x cloakroom. One-two medium size pets welcome.

I think this is one of the nicest places we have stayed. It was clean and tidy and the facilities were great. There was plenty of room for us all to relax in the evening in on comfy sofas.
It was a great location to explore the Cotswolds. We would be more than happy to stay here again.

Does what it says on the tin. Accomodated easily a large group for a family birthday. Very spacious both inside and out. Very comfortable. Owners very helpful and dealt with a couple of minor issues promptly. Downside is don't attempt to travel here through Burford around 3pm - nightmare is an understatement !!

Wonderful open plan and very spacious living area with a large kitchen, dining and living room, perfect for our family catch up. Good size bedrooms and good amount of bathrooms. A very small grumble but the showers were weak and small (need a refurb) and nowhere near enough supplies provided for a 7 night stay such as toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, bin bags etc
