The 44 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a charming farmhouse in the heart of Umbria and has an independent entrance.


Tthe keys of the entrance door are located in a safe with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

- KITCHEN CORNER equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine and traditional oven

- LIVING AREA with sofa bed, single bed, dining table and TV

- BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe

- TOILET with toilet, bidet and shower box.

Available garden shared with the rest of the building, equipped with barbecue and table with chairs for relaxing and eating outdoors.


Additional services available to guests: independent heating, one fan, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).


According to Italian law, all identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival.

These places are famous for their great tradition of hospitality and a gastronomy with excellent products.

Expect genuine cuisine with local products served in the traditional way.


Usually a chopping board with Umbrichelli, honey, bruschetta with the exceptional local oil and truffle.

Among the first courses are protagonists stringozzi and umbrichelli, types of very double handmade pasta that goes well with pork or game sauces.

Among the latter the excellent local meat, the pecorino of Assisi.

Assisi has a typical dessert, Rocciata, a kind of strudel made with apples.

For wines, just remember that the Assisi area has 5 DOC: Grechetto, white, rosé, novello, red.


Assisi is known for being the city that gave life to Saint Francis and Saint Clare and is perfectly identified in that vast range of cities to visit from the historical, artistic and religious point of view.
