Dogs up to 30 cm shoulder height allowed upon request (EUR 5.00 per day + EUR 15.00 cleaning fee), W-LAN free of charge.
Up to 21 days before rental start: 60% of the rental price; up to 14 days before rental start: 90% of the rental price; thereafter 100% of the rental price; in case of non-arrival, also 100% of the rental price.
The host reserves the right to request a deposit and will contact you directly in this regard.

The holiday house offers on its two floors 4 bedrooms (1 x with 2 single beds & 3 x with French bed), a living room with a sofa bed and a cozy kitchen.
A free parking space on the property is available for you.
There is good public transport connection by city bus and train (6 min. to the main train station).
In close proximity, there are bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, and restaurants.
An idyllic seating area in a green setting invites you to barbecue.
Erfurt-Bischleben is a convenient starting point for activities, e.g., hikes, bike tours, walks.
