Detached lodge in the peaceful Herefordshire countryside with enclosed gardens and views of the surrounding countryside, alll set within the grounds of the owners home.. 8 steps to entrance.
All on the Ground Floor: Open plan living space.
Living area: 32" Freeview TV, DVD Player, Woodburner Dining area.
Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine, Washer Dryer Bedroom 1: Zip And Link Super Kingsize Bed (2 x Singles On Request) Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet.
LPG central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi included.
Initial logs for wood burner included, remainder £6.50 per basket.
Travel cot and highchair available on request.
Welcome pack and doggy extras.
Enclosed garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue.
Bike store.
Private parking for 2 cars.

This lovely detached lodge, where the owner lives just next door, has a private enclosed garden and decked seating area ideal for your four-legged friend, of which two are welcome free of charge and a third is chargable.
The Wooden Lodge offers an open plan living space with a cosy wood burner in the living area for those cooler evenings, and a kitchen/dining area.
Set in peaceful Herefordshire countryside and with great links to the popular towns of Ludlow, Leominster and Hereford, there is so much to see and do in the area.
There are plenty of stunning walks to choose from including close access to the famous Offa’s Dyke Path and the Mortimer Way.
The market town of Presteigne is just 6 miles away and has a variety of independent shops and restaurants, and is also home to the award-winning Judges Lodgings Museum which is well worth a visit.
Shop 4 miles, pub 2 miles and restaurant 6 miles.
Free WiFi The water is from a spring, well or borehole, and not a mains supply.
One or more beds can be linked to form double or twin beds (please advise the owner of your preference soon after booking).
Pets must be kept on a lead at all times.

The Lodge was perfect, had everything you needed, great enclosed garden for the dogs, no local shop, but plenty of shops short drive away. Lots of forest walks, beautiful part of the country
Sue and Ade were very welcoming and left a little gift pack.
Would definitely recommend and also return.

Perfect getaway Lodge. Very remote which was exactly what we were looking for with a dog that is petrified of fireworks. Lodge is well equipped with everything you need. Owners are lovely and friendly. We will definitely return and hope to explore the area more.

Great rural location to get away from it all. The dogs loved the secure garden. Fab walks locally and not far to National trust Croft, Berrington and Brockhampton.
The birdsong in the morning was lovely too. Smashing find and we will return.
