Cottage was nice would be extremely tight for four adults, fridge is tiny hardly big enough for two people, fridge was leaking water when we got there very slow response from owner who wasn’t really bothered, no instructions for cooker asked the owner “ it’s obvious “ well not to us it wasn’t! Kitchen lets the cottage down and as for the welcome pack !!!!! 2 humbugs

The cottage is cosy and perfectly located within walking distance to all amenities including town, Barter Books, Alnwick Castle and Gardens.
Lots to do and see in and around Alnwick. Shame we only had week.

The kitchen was tiny and double bedroom was small. Well done wide angle lens cameras for not showing these. The air fresheners puffed out and irritated my sinuses. We didn’t get a welcome pack just 2 boiled sweets left on the table. In its favour the location was great.
