Magnificent comfort chalet in the world's largest ski area, with an open fireplace, free Wi-Fi and sauna, near the ski slope (~250 m). Official classification by the tourism office '5 Ibexes' (out of 5). The natural stone chalet with 10 bedrooms and an additional mezzanine is located in the quiet district of Les Ménuires-Levassaix. An exclusive holiday experience: skiing in a mega ski area – living in a traditional, cozy mountain village, with a correspondingly high quality of life.

On the ground floor, you will find the cozy dining room for 24 people with an open fireplace and the modern open-plan kitchen. There are also four double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, and a separate toilet. Additional sleeping accommodation for one person.
On the 1st floor is the spacious central living room with an open fireplace, followed by the TV lounge with additional sofa set. Also on this level are three double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, and a separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor is a mezzanine serving as an additional living/reading room, with a sofa bed for one person and a TV. On this floor, there are also three bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, and a separate toilet.
In six of the seven double bedrooms, the beds can be combined or separated.
The chalet is composed of two apartments; the ground floor apartment for up to 9 people and the apartment on the 1st and 2nd floors for up to 15 people.
To the center of the top ski resort Les Ménuires – with covered shopping arcades, supermarket, restaurants, bars, cafés, disco, modern multi-sports center with swimming pool, ice rink, ski school, childcare – accessible by ski, by free local bus or by car ~1 km or 2 minutes by car.
Also within walking distance: sports shop with ski rental ~500 m, restaurant ~800 m.

Ski information: Chalet altitude ~1,750 m; ski area altitude up to 3,230 m with glacier; 600 km of slopes, 200 lifts. Les 3 Vallées is the largest ski area in the world – no wishes remain unfulfilled. The valley run, leading to the chalet (~250 m) and further to the Bettaix chairlift, is snow-covered. Several ski schools in Les Ménuires. Ski operations from approx. end of November to beginning of May in the Val Thorens sector, reachable by car in about 10 minutes. Cross-country ski trail ~1.3 km; this leads along the Doron stream to St. Martin de Belleville.

Summer information: Whatever sporting activities you wish to pursue, such as hiking, climbing, fishing, mountain biking, or summer tobogganing – all are possible in St. Martin / Les Ménuires. The valley offers 250 km of hiking trails on 50 marked paths. Some of the trails start directly in Le Levassaix / Le Levassay. There are guided mountain tours and two via ferratas.
In summer, costs for electricity and heating are included, tourist tax and final cleaning (see below) are payable on site.
