Boasting commanding views along Main Beach to the Gold Coast, and overlooking the Coral Sea, Whale Watch Ocean Beach Resort offers 40 expansive, fully self-contained holiday apartments at Point Lookout on North Stradbroke Island.

Each style of apartment within the complex has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, flat screen tv and lounge and dining areas as well as balconies and undercover car parking.

Guests are welcome to make the most of our well-equipped fitness center, games room, heated outdoor pool, spa pool and barbecue area.

With varying aspects of the pristine natural environment within the grounds and surrounding the resort, Whale Watch is a safe haven for local fauna, like the kangaroos, curlews and bandicoots who frequent the grounds every day to the delight of our guests.

Watch whales from your balcony and the headlands from June to November and enjoy the ever-changing seascapes all year round.

North Stradbroke Island is accessed by vehicle ferry or passenger water taxi from Cleveland in Brisbane, and we are conveniently located near the impressive Gorge Walk and Point Lookout Surf Club on Main Beach.

Pets are not allowed in the establishment.
Children of all ages are welcome.
Persons 3 years and over stay for 45 € per person per night when sleeping in an available extra bed.
Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay for 15 € per person per night when sleeping in an available cot.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian who must be present at all times. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Please note that there is a 1.5% surcharge when you pay with a credit card.
