Situated on a working farm, Vredenhof Farm Cottage is in the heart of the picturesque Elgin Valley. The nostalgic cottage is close to the N2 highway and features a private garden.

The cottage offers a vintage feel and is adjacent to the main farm homestead, under old oak trees. The living area is open plan and double doors on both sides of the dining area open to views. Firewood in a huge cane basket is provided for the little closed-stove in the sitting area. The bathroom is fitted with an extra-large shower and a bath.

The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a Nespresso coffee machine. Barbecue facilities are available. A farm shop is located a short drive away and supermarkets can be found in Grabouw.

Other facilities in the cottage include satellite TV and a DVD player.

There is a dam with a canoe in walking distance to the cottage and the area has several wine farms to explore for wine tasting. Oak Valley Wine Estate is less than 3 km away and Paul Cluver Wine Estate is 6 km from Vredenhof Farm Cottage.
