One master bedroom with king-size double bed, and a bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet).

Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating, Flat screen TV freeview and DVD / CD player. Broadband facility. Dishwasher, Oven and Hob, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave, Washer / Drying Machine, Hairdryers.

Parking:- Parking facility (one space) provided in multi-storey (next door).

Restrictions:- No smoking. No pets. Minimum stay is 2 nights. Available on request (charges apply):- Travel cot (and linen), Highchair. Internet grocery orders can be made prior to arrival.

Pets are not allowed in the establishment.
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay for 18 € per person and for the stay if they sleep in an available cot.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

Please note – Building works at Orchard Plaza – There are some communal corridor works presently underway through the block where there may occasionally be localised noise during working hours. The work is due to be completed by October 2023.This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
