You will have 3 spacious bedrooms of 18 to 21 m² each having their own bathroom with WC, Italian shower, satellite TV.
Two of the 3 bedrooms have independent access to the terraces. The 160 bedding is of high quality and the furnishings are refined.

Bathroom linen as well as bedding linen for each person is provided free of charge. The beds are made for your arrival.

The mezzanine is an 18 m² bedroom for children and adolescents with 2 single beds. This is accessible by stairs. A bathroom with Italian shower and WC is shared with the mezzanine and the rest of the house. Please note ceiling height of 1.50m.
A baby cot with mattress can be provided on request as well as two folding mattresses for parents who wish to have children close to them.

A large dining room of 34 m² with a reading corner, then a living room of 45 m² equipped with internet and WiFi, a giant screen TV (146cm) and a very comfortable convertible sofa with chaise longue. For sleeping, the living room can be closed by a screen.

The 18 m² kitchen with sea view, with a central island, is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, coffee maker, espresso pod, mixer-blender, soup mixer, food processor, press -citrus fruits, toaster, kettle. Several complete table services, kitchen utensils, etc.

In the 39 m² veranda you can admire the superb view of the sea and the bay of Favone. You will have a dining area then a living room area with armchairs, sofas and coffee table. The sunrises while having breakfast are magical; pure happiness where life is good.

The laundry room offers a washing tub, a washing machine, a dryer, a second fridge/freezer, an ironing board with iron. We provide a pétanque game, beach umbrellas, children's games for the beach, a cooler for other uses, hiking, shopping, etc. as well as a swimming board and chips for the pool.

The swimming pool is a 10 m swimming lane heated in the off-season with sand filter and salt electrolysis, it is also secured with an alarm and a bar cover. The different color schemes of the pool water will beautify your evenings. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is at your disposal.
