A single car garage with ski gear storage is provided.

The modern kitchen in the Vailmont Queenstown villa boasts granite bench tops and includes a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, an oven and a stove top. The main living area has both a gas fireplace and a heat pump. There is underfloor heating in the foyer, the kitchen and the bathrooms.
