You will put your suitcases in a modern and warm setting with its Mediterranean garden, its large private heated and secure swimming pool (8 x 4) with hydromassage jets, its large terrace with awning and 6 sunbeds.
The SURCOUF villa, with 100 m² of living space, is classified 4 stars as furnished accommodation, on an enclosed plot of 450 m², it consists of:
• a large living room of 45 m² with its open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, combined fridge-freezer, coffee maker and toaster, its lounge area with sofa corner, full HD flat screen TV and DVD player
• a scullery with storage, washing machine, iron and ironing board
• a master suite with 160 bed, dressing room, shower room, WC, 80 cm flat screen TV and covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool
• a second bedroom with a 140 bed with pool view
• a third bedroom with two 90 cm beds that can be pushed together to form a single 180 cm bed
• a second bathroom and separate WC
A rental without surprises, do not bother with sheets (beds made) or bath towels, everything is included in the price (except beach towels).
The swimming pool is heated to 26° from mid-April to the end of September without supplement
Wifi and internet access in all rooms.

"Magnifique"
La maison est très agréable et bien située dans un quartier calme mais juste à quelques pas d'une jolie place où trouver boulangerie, pharmacie, supérette, presse, marché et restaurant.
Très propre et très bien décorée, la maison offre un espace nuit tout simplement superbe et une pièce de vie de la même facture. La piscine avec son coin Spa est un réel plaisir, d'autant plus que le jardin autour a ėtė créė avec beaucoup de goût.
