The villa's swimming pool is 12 metres long and offers views of the surrounding hills, woods and fields. There is also a terrace and garden with oak trees and Mediterranean plants.
Parking is free and the nearest bus stop for buses into Siena is 200 metres away. The pretty village of Basciano is 1 km away, while the Chianti wine district is easily reached by car.
