Piscina privataWell located in the village of Flayosc, in the Var, 1 hour from Nice airport. 5 minutes walk from the village where you will find several restaurants/bars and shops (baker, butcher, supermarkets, pharmacy, post office and weekly Provençal market).
Provencal style with a large living room opening onto the terrace and swimming pool.
Living/dining room and kitchen: double sofa bed and high table with 6 stools. Air conditioner. Wi-Fi, Smart TV. Cellar with washing machine. Above the living room there is a mezzanine which can be used as a 3rd bedroom although we use it as an office, 2 beds.
Upstairs there are two good sized bedrooms, air conditioning, a bathroom, a shower room with WC and downstairs a WC with sink.
Terrace with private swimming pool: 8m x 4m x 1.5m deep and equipped with an alarm.
Parking for 1 car.

"Super sympa"
J'ai séjournée dans ce maison quelques fois et je l'adore. Bien entretenue, pleins d'attention de détail, chaque visite j'ai vue des touches d'améliorations. Un lotissement calme avec 1 voir 2 place de parking privées. Le piscine est sublime, le jardin privé et fonctionnel avec pleins des coins pour se bronzer, lire, se détendre, prendre l'apéro, manger ensemble.
La route qui traverse le village est proche mais donne un sentiment de fond de la vie quotidienne plutôt qu’une agitation bruyante
Le village à 2 pas, avec de la vie à l'année, des restaurants, deux boulangeries, un magasin des produits frais, une superette, une galerie d'art, et plus. La ville de Draguignan à 15 minutes. Pleins d'opportunités de sortir; les gorges de Verdon, les plages, les vignobles du coin, le marché de Lorgues, mais sans oublier le tentation de rester dans ce petit havre tranquille et sympathique. Je recommande!
