Préstamo de bicicletasHouse is very well located, 300 m from the beach and 1 km from the village. Village has all major commerce (super market, bakery, restaurants and bars, bazar, ect)
House has 5 rooms , 1 kitchen and one kitchenette, 2 living rooms.
It is ideal for 2 families.
We are letting beach toys for the children as well as some toys and games in the house.
4 adult bicycles and 1 child bicycle. Pl repair them if you get a puncher (repair equipment next to the cycles)
In summer many activities are offered near by : sailing à the "Pointe St Gildas), tennis club a little further on our street, , fishing, walks, bicybling, swimming ect.
Main house has 3 rooms and an extra folding bed in the living. 2 bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower)
Large american Kitchen Very bright, clean and fonctionnal.
Préfailles is an ideal location to visit the area : Ile de Noirmoutier, the port of Pornic or Le Croisic, the salted lands, the Parc of "La Brière" ect.
Area is quiet.
Large gardens in the front and back of the property;
Good heating facilities in winter (extra 25 euros)
linen and 1towel : 10 euros per person per set.

"Une adresse fabuleuse !"
Séjour merveilleux dans cette vaste maison, pourvue de tout le matériel utile et agréable. La mer toute proche, les balades à pieds ou en vélo, le village de Préfailles, nous avons été séduits !

Très confortable et très pratique. Vraiment tout près de la mer dans un quartier très calme.
Les vélos sont un + très apprécié. On s'y sent bien.
