400 m from Moutchic beach, direct access to cycle path and forest.
Ideal with friends and family with many activities available in the surrounding area (5 km from Lacanau-Océan and 5 km from Lacanau-Bourg and its shops).
House that can accommodate 8 to 10 people, on enclosed wooded grounds with sunny terrace and large private parking.
