The villa is located at the foot of a hillside of vines where the famous way of Compostela also passes, a classified site that you can see from the house.
It is ideally placed on the Wine Route, to discover the treasures that the Dordogne, the Gironde and the Lot have to offer.
To the west are Bordeaux and its airport, Libourne and Saint-Émilion. To the east are Bergerac and its airport, Sarlat and Périgueux.

A very short drive south will bring you to discover Sainte-Foy-la-Grande and Port-Sainte-Foy, as well as the Château des Vigiers, which offers a 27-hole golf course, restaurant and spa.
Traveling further north along the vineyard-lined road, you'll enjoy the ambience and gastronomy on offer in towns like Eymet and Monbazillac.

To prepare your excursions, the supermarket is ideally located 5 minutes away in Pineuilh.
