Spacious house located in Mérindol, in the Vaucluse - Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur.
Between Durance and Luberon.

A few minutes on foot or by bike (a few bikes available) from the village center (bakery, butcher, small food store, very nice bars and wine cellar).

You will arrive at the house by a path lined with cypresses and lavender.
Opening by a gate, remote controls and digicode.

The house (240 m²) has a large private parking space on a fenced plot of over 5000 m².
A swimming pool area secured by a fence hidden in the vegetation (olive trees, lavender, oleander), pool house with bar, sink, fridge, armchairs and stools, dart board, shower room and WC, outdoor shower, deckchairs and pool towels, ping-pong table.

The 10 x 5 m swimming pool has a great depth and a diving board.

In the house, fully equipped, spacious kitchen, open to a living room with flat screen WiFi connection, WiFi by Orange fiber available throughout the house, play area with table football, board games and books available.

Two separate sleeping areas (1 on the ground floor, the other upstairs)
On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms with queen size bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub, a double sink, a separate toilet with washbasin.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a king size bed and 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed, one of which has a terrace. A bathroom with shower and bath, double sink, separate toilet.
Two baby cots (and other baby equipment) can be provided.
A little more important for our guests looking for comfort, all the beds are new and top of the range (slatted box spring, thick mattress and mattress topper from the French brand Bonnet and Linvosges linen).
All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets.

The whole house is tempered by a heated/cooled floor.
The upstairs bedrooms have additional air conditioning.
There is a utility room with washing machine and dryer.
The main room opens through glass doors onto a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool where you can take your meals sheltered from the wind and the sun. Weber gas BBQ.

The house faces south with a nice open view, in a quiet and residential location away from road noise while being a short distance from Cavaillon, Aix, Salon-de-Provence, Pont Royal (and its golf course), Lourmarin , Gordes or Marseille and its airport.
Behind the house, beautiful view of the Petit Luberon and many walks directly accessible (former Vaud village, etc.)
