The integrated kitchen is very functional (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, hood, XXL fridge-freezer, espresso, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle).
Large capacity washing machine in one of the bathrooms and centralized vacuum cleaner.
For your comfort, the rooms are heated and air-conditioned by a duct, except the bathrooms equipped with electric towel dryers.
The exteriors are well exposed, you will appreciate the 20 m² covered terrace and the gas barbecue for your meals, the deckchairs by the swimming pool, the solar shower and the relaxation area.
