Ideal for 6 people with its 3 bedrooms including one on the ground floor, air-conditioned with a large enclosed garden, nothing is missing to spend a pleasant holiday, the Dordogne river with its equipped beaches and its canoe rental companies are 500 meters away. barely.
The house is not equipped to accommodate pets.
Booking methods:
- After common agreement on the conditions of the rented property, a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount will be requested by bank transfer or check, a contract will then be sent to you by email.
- The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the payment of the deposit accompanied by the signed contract as well as a deposit check (not cashed) of 850 euros, the countersigned contract will then be returned to you.
- On the day of your arrival at the handing over of the keys you will give Didier a check for 140 euros for the optional cleaning fee which will be returned to you at the end of the stay if the general state of cleanliness of the house is in conformity with that of the day of your entry.
- In case you do not want to do the cleaning at the exit, please specify it when you arrive, in this case the optional cleaning package check will be cashed.
- After leaving the premises and if everything is in order, your deposit check will either be returned to you by post to your address or torn immediately with supporting photos.
- A flat rate of 10 euros per person for the entire stay for household linen which includes sheets and towels will be requested in addition if you take it.
- Tourist taxes are offered.
- In the event of a reservation for two weeks or more, I will offer you discounts on the prices according to the periods and the number of weeks reserved.

Super séjour de 15 jours. Villa bien équipée, tout confort et au calme. Situation proche de la Dordogne permettant la visite de châteaux, activités de canoé kayak, baignade, ballades,...
A proximité de Sarlat et St Cyprien pour les marché locaux et villes pittoresques.
En résumé, un prochain séjour est à envisager, il y a tellement de choses à faire en Dordogne.

"Superbe séjour à saint Vincent de cosse"
Séjour dans un très beau gite tout confort avec grand terrain et au calme. Accueil très agréable. Idéalement situé dans la vallée de la Dordogne et des 4 châteaux, à 4 min de Beynac, à 10 min de la Roque Gageac, à 20 min de Sarlat,... Nombreux sites (grottes, gouffres, roques, de magnifiques villages,...) à visiter en famille proche du gite (moins de 30 min). De quoi passer et occuper son séjour dans la meilleure des conditions. Nous vous le recommandons
